Earlier this year, Mirvac received planning permission to redevelop the ~6,500 square meter site of the former Princes Park Motor Inn at the corner of Park Street and Sydney Road. Our vision for Prince & Parade entails the revitalisation of a dilapidated site, providing much-needed housing in a prime inner-city location. The project will deliver 160 all-electric apartments with a proposed café and mixed-use tenancies on the ground floor, creating 300 construction jobs and 52 ongoing employment opportunities for the local community.
