Construction Process

Construction will be completed in two stages, Civil Works followed by Main Works.

Civil Works

Civil works, also known as early works, commenced in late-2023 and have now complete.

We contracted CDL Australia to undertake civil activities involving site preparation, foundation works, implementation of waterproof membrane and establishment of concrete slab on ground. These preliminary tasks are required to ensure the site is ready for the first stage of main construction works.

Main Works

Following the completion of civil works, and subject to pre-sales requirements, the main building works have now commenced. The overall construction program is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Main works construction will be carried out by Mirvac Construction in the following stages:

  • 1. Main building structure
  • 2. Facade
  • 3. Services and finishes
  • 4. Landscaping
