The Site
Located at the corner of Park Street and Sydney Road, the ~6,500 square meter site sits in the prime inner-city suburb of Brunswick, just 4km north of Melbourne’s CBD.
The site is bound by Brunswick Road to the north and sits directly across from Princes Park to the south, supplying much-needed housing in a location that offers residents proximity to dining, retail and transport options as well as public green spaces.
